Executive Producer Ben Karlin's exit does seem amicable after all. By the way, Jon Stewart and he talk about the need to keep the oxygen flowing by a constant influx of new faces and writers at "The Daily Show." But I can't help feeling the latest round of reporters has been a little weak.
