I'm Speechless
My brother Chris sent me this link: CNN footage of Phillipine prisoners in orange jumpsuits doing a choreographed dance to the obscure pop song "Electric Dreams." I kept imagining it was some sort of put-on but apparently it isn't. Hard to describe, hard to look away once it's started. I'm still shaking my head in disbelief.

On the plus side, that's just the sort of guerilla marketing that might inspire the studio that owns the rights to the movie to finally release it on DVD. "With Lenny von Dohlen, Virginia Madsen, Maxwell Caulfield & a soundtrack featuring Jeff Lynne, Culture Club, and hundreds of Filipino Prisoners!"
And I actually sort of liked the movie, though I doubt the editing, etc. will stand up. As for tying into the Filipino prisoners, I wouldn't put it past the studios.
