Grammy Nominations Coming

Also coming Thursday are the Grammy nominations. Jim Farber of the NY Daily News discusses the likely nominees. It won't happen, but from a commercial/pop phenomenon standpoint, one of the five nominees for Best Album should be "High School Musical." It's the best-selling album of the year (though Justin Timberlake will eventually pass them), it had a record number of singles on the Top 100 and Top 40 at the same time, it's proven a massive success all over the world and it ain't over yet.
