Author James Frey -- exposed as a bit of a fraud by The Smoking Gun -- goes on Larry King, either to avoid tough questions, try to make amends or lash out at his critics and defend his lying ass. He will be appearing with his mother.

Most of us, of course, will be watching the genuinely new episode of "Lost" at 9 p.m. (The 8 p.m. "new" episode is basically a recap, apparently.) Richboy, on the other hand, will be checking out the season premiere of "Beauty and the Geek," with an occasional break for "The Biggest Loser." It ain't easy being a reality show fanatic.
