Very disappointed Jon Stewart didn't do one joke on Alito last night. If he's not focused on this as the biggest news of the day -- not to mention the ripest for comedy -- than surely the rest of America ain't paying much attention either.
Meanwhile, David Letterman has Kiefer Sutherland and Alicia Keys, who is planning a TV series (NOT a reality show) on her life that she will star in for next fall. Huh, didn't see that one coming. Is she tired of touring already? Jay has the delightful Emma Thompson, Jeff Daniels (who is great in "The Squid & The Whale) and a cool bluegrass band called Sugarland. I hate it when Jay has guests I want to see.
