Open Thread -- "American Idol"/"Gilmore Girls"

If you were going to audition for "AI," what song would you sing? Me, it would be my karaoke showstopper by Rush, "Tom Sawyer." (Though, actually, in my case, my mind is for rent.)

I tired of that song the two summers I picked up "peanuts and crackerjack" from the Dutchess Stadium concourse. My back still hurts from carrying one of those industrial blowers for 2 hours every night...
