Nixon Frost Interviews Become A Play

I'm just old enough to remember David Frost achieving the "get" of a lifetime: a substantial sit-down interview with disgraced President Richard Nixon that actually resulted in a fascinating new insight into the man. A new play sketches in the build-up to the interview (both men were washed up) and that makes great theater out of their back and forth tussle. Hopefully it will prompt a release of the entire TV special on DVD. But really, what's next? On stage reenactments of Whitney Houston's "crack is whack" chat? An entire festival devoted to Barbara Walters? The possibilities are endless.
