Celeb Goodie Bags ARE In Danger

Yesterday's story on a deal between the Oscars and the IRS confused me. (The Oscars arranged for the possibility that they would pay taxes on a goodie bag.) Now Variety is saying the crackdown is real and many orgs are looking forward to scaling back the absurd extravagance, re-directing the goodies to charity and so on. Oscar presenters may get no goodies AT ALL. It's as if a millioniare celebrity can't get a break in this town.
