NBC's "The Book Of Daniel" is a well-reviewed drama starring Aidan Quinn as a man of the cloth with all sorts of issues in his life: kids who are gay or selling drugs, pill-popping and visions of Jesus, who seems like a pretty mellow guy.
"Daniel" is also under fire from the far right. Timid advertisers stayed away from the debut episode and those that did place an ad were bombarded with calls from the far right attacking them for it. So if you want to give a pretty good series a fair shake and stymie the efforts of the far right, check it out tonight at 10 p.m. on NBC.
