Frat Boys Suing Borat

Their names aren't listed in the lawsuit, in order to spare them further embarrassment. Uh, aren't they adults? Do they really think their names aren't going to get out? And as for sparing themselves further embarrassment, what do they think a lawsuit will do -- make their stupid jokes go away or keep them in the public eye for the next year? I'd love to hear the testimony from frat buddies about how drunk they get and the sort of things they say. These guys should just laugh it off and say they were drunk and joking around with a crazy Kazakh reporter and didn't mean what they said. But if they do go to trial, I'd suggest Penn Jillette as an expert witness -- he too says people can be goaded into saying things they don't really believe when humoring someone.
