Jodie Foster Goes Vigilante...Again
The New York Times sees Jodie Foster going all Travis Bickle on us, in movies like "Flightplan," "Panic Room" and the upcoming "The Brave One." I just wish she'd make more interesting movies. "Inside Man" was fun, as were those others to varying degrees. But why is she suddenly stuck in genre land?

compelling, complex women characters?
