Aaaarrrrggghhhhhh

Internet problems, as always. I can get online for about 30 seconds at a time -- just enough time to tell you that I can't get online. 90 minutes on the phone with Earthlink and they tell me a senior technician will have to call me back. Why can't I just be put on hold until they're ready? Because there are no senior technicians around. Surely it's not lunch time in India?
