"High School Musical: The Movie"

Plans to film two TV sequels to the massive hit "High School Musical" have been dumped. Now they'll film ONE TV sequel (due out this summer) and then a feature film called "Haunted High School Musical," which I'm gonna take a wild stab and guess comes out in October. It's gonna be fascinating to see how big this movie opens. Also, because the Pixar people are smart, they say Disney will be making more hand-drawn animated movies. Saying you WON'T make any hand-drawn animated movies would be like a studio saying they didn't want to make any comedies or dramas -- why tie one hand behind your back when you should make the best movie in the best way possible? Some stories were meant to be hand-drawn while others yearn to be computer animated and others should be done with stop-motion, etc. Wouldn't it be great if Disney paired with Aaardman, gave them appropriate budgets and license to make their classic stop-motion style flicks and raked in good sums, making DreamWorks look stupid?
