The new UK music charts are out and The Who debut at a rather deflating #9 on the album charts. Critical fave Amy Winehouse is at #3. The new #1 is a girl group none of us have ever heard of -- Girls Aloud -- with their greatest hits album. They're also at #3 on the singles chart. Sadly, the new single by the Magic Numbers is not setting the world on fire -- it drops from #16 to #39 after two weeks. Here's the CD top 10:
