They're proving the most potent pop force since "American Idol." The top debut of the week is from the new Disney TV movie "Jump In!" -- Jordan Pruitt hits #69 with "Jump To The Rhythm." And "High School Musical" alum Ashlety Tisdale debuts at #77 with her solo debut single "He Said, She Said." The top 10, per Billboard:
