Hugh Jackman -- TV Mogul

I have no beef with Hugh Jackman; I wish him well in all his many endeavors. But why would CBS sign a development deal with Jackson to make TV shows -- shows that Jackman will NOT star in, needless to say? Why does CBS think Jackman has a talent for TV shows? Jackman -- to my knowledge -- hasn't even developed any of the hit movies he's starred in. "The Boy From Oz" wasn't his idea either. So he's a movie star. What does that have to do with creating TV shows? Nothing.
