Weekend Box Office -- "Stomp"s Big Night

Hollywood Reporter gives the rundown on the first three days of this holiday weekend. And while "Casino Royale" is out of the top ten, it grossed $1.8 million, bringing its US total to $162.5 million, the highest grossing Bond film in US history (passing "Die Another Day's" $160.9 million). In the UK, it is just about to pass $100 million, making it only the third film in UK history to do so, along with "Titanic" and "The Lord Of The Rings: The Return of The King." Overseas, it also has the record for any Bond film.

1. Stomp The Yard -- $22 million
2. Night at the Museum -- $17.1 million ($185.8 million total)
3. The Pursuit Of Happyness -- $9.1 million ($136.5 million total)
4. Dreamgirls -- $8.1 million ($65 million total)
5. Freedom Writers -- $7.1 million ($18.4 million total)
6. Children Of men -- $6.4 million ($21.3 million)
7. Alpha Dog -- $6.1 million
8. Primeval -- $6.0 million
9. Arthur And The Invisibles -- $4.3 million
10. The Good Shepherd -- $3.9 million ($54.9 million)
