Every year, the host for the Oscar technical awards is some babe -- as compensation for being geeks and not getting their statue on live television. This year's hottie: Rachel McAdams, star of Red Eye and The Wedding Crashers and The Notebook (not to mention being name-checked in the year's funniest video "Lazy Sunday."

I like how the female presenters always have to "report" to the Oscars on their evening of fun and insist THEY were the ones who had a blast, not this boring old Oscars ceremony.
