"Brokeback" Jokes
CNN does a spot on the endless Brokeback Mountain jokes, wondering if it's a positive or negative sign. Most interesting to me: they link to amateur videos on Google and elsewhere spoofing the movie. One I hadn't seen before: Top Gun 2: Brokeback Squadron. It's kind of funny and works mostly because they used the film's score for the trailer. But it's not nearly as funny as Quentin Tarantino's riff in the indie film Sleep With Me about how Top Gun is a coded gay love story.

Top Gun being gay is very old and obvious. If they'd done it with Matt Damon and Ben Affleck in Good Will Hunting or something unexpected, that would be funny.
